I know a lot of people who quit drugs, including hard drugs. I'm one of them.

They have literally ridiculous withdrawal symptoms that last only a few days, even after prolonged use.

Damn nicotine - I can't even last 4 hours, after which I get severe irritability, I feel literally puffed up inside and the pressure becomes unbearable until I take a drag of anything nicotine-containing.

I don't know a single person to quit this shit completely, at most they switch to snus.

I read on the internet and people write that withdrawal lasts almost 2-3 weeks, and the desire to smoke remains forever...then I just have no chance to quit, maybe some advice?

That's not true. I have not smoked cigarettes for years and do not crave them anymore.

The worst is for the first 3 days, but it get gradually better. It's ok to use things like patches, and then slowly letting those go, too.

Spiritually speaking, Hatha Yoga helps a lot, among other things. I emphasize Yoga because of its wide effects.

Both my parents stopped completely quickly. They told me their stories. They smoked regularly. One day they both smoked so many cigarettes that they were physically so sick that the next day they made the decision never to smoke again because of it. And they don't touch anything that is remotely like cigarettes or anything like that, not even generic nicotine stuff, nothing at all.

You can use this method to increase self-control and block unwanted stimuli temporarily:
"Personally I am having good results visualizing shiny black energy around my body, meditating on the void on it and affirming that it gives me self-control by blocking [your simuli]" - me myself in another reply
