It will be controversial, with a lot of shortenings. I'm not able to explain all topics, in all "languagues" how you bestly understand, because it drags on almost infinitely.

The body & soul to cooperate together NEED a common point, a place where signals from masculine/femine parts are "translated" to the opposite fraction.
Communication between soulful and material Worlds. Without it Life just not exist. That important part is Heart Chakra.
Downward Sun work as a artificial femine element, but to be clear - presented state is nothing more than primordial fault
Masculine element can't be femine element. Femine should cooperate with Femine and Masculine with Masculine, there is no exceptions.

Creation of the new race devided her into two fractions.

Yes, Humanity had own Golden Era and huge growth, but with increasing propserity more they wanted in filthy way, so basically in best times the most of corruption borned -

1. General informations
Primary most known Black Sun understanding is associated with meaning of: End, Transformation, Death, Rebirth. All of these word are correct,
but don't specify what's going on. BS is a "out of control" state of a soul, created when you are pushed into overwhelming situations, feelings, choices. Your reactions determine who you are
and by final result transform you irreversibly.. You are starting new chapter changed, performing first steps with new version of you, where living by old same scheme
won't work anymore.
Black Sun is also time a of inevitable ocurred circumstances leading all beings into "last judgement" where only one side is able to win. Downward or Upward Sun.
All no matter it's a jew, animal, plant, dedicated satanist... Because no matter what, all livings feel consequences of a result and have own "mind about it".
OFC! Most of nature is with us.
Somebody can ask "Okay, but why am I pushed?".
All beings going forward (just by time) reaching higher or lower point of understanding, existance and when

I'm not able to point details about symptoms, genesis, how long or how many times you will pass it over, becasuse every case have and will have different course,
dependant from personal cause, build, advancement, needs. Best what I can reveal is common parts, main purposes or share my personal case - the rest is in your hand
Primary - The Sun Chakra is affected, Solar plexus is a center of it the most close to genesis of it, but the affection have fundamental impact on other chakras, because

It differs how your soul is builded. By build I mean origin - Heavenly or Chtonic. The most of beings are both types and

Everybody will experiance Black Sun process, no matter what. The major quintessence is - how are you prepared? are you consciouss about it?

We can split it into two, disctinct by origin:
a) FROM OUTSIDE (forced)
The situation have a place when a received action

b) FROM INSIDE (by will)
Hardest mode, but leading yourself into state when you are able to control Black Sun processing, maybe not fully, but part by part into
bigger node. We are able to push ourselfs above currently possessed known limits instantly transforming actually owned weakness into enlightened strenght.
The problem is when we should, what (for eg. trauma), and how (which tools will work?)

It have also bad side, easly achievable nowadays even by uncontrolled agression, jeloussness, greed and many many more.
If after whole World point you "Yes you made a mistake" and you know that you did it without sny significant consciousness about what you done,
so yes that's where you transformed your values into trashes.
A lot of situations can be righteous like "I know this men is a scumbag, so I hope my greed teach him something"

What is most people common mistake when they looking for justice?
They do an action without any effort to find out it's correct or not,
False feel of being right, because "I KNOW IT'S GOOD BECAUSE I'M"

Question: OKAY, SO IF HAVING CONTROL ABOUT Black Sun Processes is so hard, what can I do?
Some steps are simple - don't sink into endless routine. Even changing way for a few days how you get to your work matters.
Stop defining a change as a nightmare, you are defining in which way it will go - ascended or into grey dullness.
I heard one time "So, I have to lost my house, family and everything in name of changes?"

Puting Sun Upward is hellishly hard, because need two solid fundamentals - what is above Sun chakra and beneath.
Above all femine elements need to be fulfilled, to show to you Heart Chakra that Downward Sun isn't needful anymore.
Benath is the strenght, that say who you are and for what you fight for. You must show that you are able to boldly protect what you believe,
where are you going, you are able to handle a way of conflict. After all Sun should be rotated by pulling from above and push from beneath.

Before win all went by Up's and Down's, some groups of people (categoried by nation, religion cities etc.)
experianced results of our work, but also enemy achieved new states how to destroy something, was sinusoidal, continously exchange. One battle won by us, one by enemy.
Today the corruption won't achieve better state of understanding. Black Sun also have itself corrupted form leading into more degenerated form of every living, but it won't achieve worse peak.
