I developed a fascination with an archetype called yandere which is a beautiful woman who is lovesick over her love interest who has the title of "senpai" and strangely, thought of Marchosias but I don't think she is crazy but Marchosias is strong and overwhelming emotions can seriously augment strength for a normal 3d person.

(if the yandere is ugly, then it's just a lovesick femcel)

For better context Marchosias is my GD but I don't know her very well and I want to get to know her better.

Maybe it's not about the sick part of the yandere but more about the augmented strength that yandere is associated with, it certainly helps that vague connection with Marchosias because she is depicted as muscular by Marcos Macias but also because she is young and yanderes are usually depicted as young.
