İ live with my parents and they are muslims, they pray 5 times a day the house is filled with islamic energy and they play Quran sometimes. When İ meditate in my room they immidiately call me and they feel urge to reach me immidiately every fucking time this happens, like how this can be, angels are playing with their mind or what? Especially when i raise energy İ immidiately pop up in their mind. İ'm fucking losing it, just imagine you are spending 10 minutes of effort to raise energy and boom someone screams your name several times!

Yes, I believe the enemy is acting through them to stifle you. Unfortunately, your situation sounds tough, but don't lose hope either. It may take time, but eventually you will overpower them, but you will likely have to spend extra time in your own defense.

First, try to steel your mind and not lose hope, as what is going on is the consequence of being around enemy activity. The enemy is actually responding to your own efforts because what you did and are doing is not a waste of time, but the opposite. The enemy knows you will break out in due time, therefore they attempt to make you give up.

In my opinion, you should first build up a very strong AOP for yourself. You can have a general one, but also one specific to guarding your time from your parents. Algiz, Sowilo, and Berkano can all be used for general purpose protection; Algiz is a protective teaching force, Sowilo pertains to victory itself, and Berkano is shielding and hiding, like the womb.

Further, you can reflect any negativity from them, whether it is unfair disruptions to your time or them praying on your behalf, or attacks from the enemy itself. For this, use the Warfare Specific AOP.

Isa can also be used to block or prevent them from intruding on you. You can imagine it literally freezing any of their attempts to get at you, significantly increasing the enemy expenditure for them to go through with such actions. This is not as directly protective, but it is strongest blocking option.

You did not mention the Gods' Rituals, and I assume you may not have the time to perform them in their traditional format, however you can lower the rune count from 10 to 5 or even 1. Do the ritual of Orobas and ask for his help in the situation. Imagine his energy flooding your house and turning the tide on the enemy. If this cannot be done, you can and should meditate on his sigil and ask for help, even daily.

If you cannot do these rituals or anything longer, due to the potential for disruption, then shorten the time of them, therefore even if your parents intrude once, you can easily restart. Think of this like an energy game; they cannot keep this up forever and without an appropriate "trigger".

This leads into the next point: Reduce the opportunities for your parents to respond. Study the reasons and motivations behind what makes them call your name and start pushing against this with your own material actions. For example, one option would be to just wait until they are asleep. Another would be to pretend to be doing something else that cannot be interrupted.

If you must, show and claim you were in the middle of reading the Quran or something, and tell them they are continually interrupting you. This gives you a spiritual "cover" as well as a reason for them to stop bugging you. The opposite of this, that they suspect you are an SS, will create many more problems for you. Working in secret can be one of our biggest advantages, as even if our astral opponents can see through this, it is harder for them to rally material obstacles against you.

This is what you are in the midst of, and what can be overcome in time. It is like an energy battle that you are destined to win, but for now it may be frustrating.
