Doing a planetary square isn't going to change your personality, unless you program it to.

Your OP also sounds like you are confusing a natal placement and a square. Doing a planetary square for the goal you have in mind, is not the same as changing your natal chart and gaining the attributes of Venus in Pisces.

The planetary squares are best done when the planet is in home/exalted sign. That has nothing to do with natal chart placement descriptions. Doing a Venus square when it is in Pisces for whatever goal you have, is not going to make you a Venus in Pisces person.

Hmm, I don't know, maybe it's my fault but whenever I do a Square my personality shift's very strongly to the characteristics of the square, so I'm careful with doing them.

It does what you program it to. You have a goal, you state it in an affirmation after you've done the vibrations, and that's what it will do.

So don't do that. Nowhere on the JoS does it say to do that.

When you do something experimental it's on you, not on the meditation given on the JoS. Your problem had nothing to do with the JoS meditations, it was because of your own experiment.
