#513 tattoo and clairaudience

I got a tattoo on my leg and I can't do yoga until it heals properly because it could damage the tattoo. What meditation can I do to give the same level of energy? I really feel good when I do yoga, more than just breathing energy.


I was meditating a lot on the clairaudience points and now I can hear a voice that isn't mine, more precisely...I don't need to be in a trance state to hear it, my vibration just needs to drop a little or sometimes not at all. I apologized to my gd that I hadn't been able to meditate properly today and he said "no need to apologize" but these days I was doing something and a voice spoke to me in a very rude way, I don't know who it was...because when I hear these voices, the voice doesn't change, it's the same. so I don't know if I'm making it up and it's all in my head or if I really can hear at least some things from the gods...not to mention that sometimes while I'm talking to them, these things come to me in a rude way and I know that it doesn't make sense for them to talk to me like that, but then it gets complicated, because sometimes I can be imagining it and in reality my DG didn't even talk to me.

Breathing exercises are good. you can build up to where you can rise alot of energy, but dont go into this instantly, because you can fry your nervious system, start with less, and add bit by bit every few days.

I have plenty of tattoos, never skipped yoga because of tattoo no matter where it was healing, yoga doesnt damage tattoo, you can find this on internet, also by my experience I just did it slower and more carefully, without clothes on that area, so no material would be rubbing it, just do it at ease, lightly, it will heal good you will see.

notice that when Gods are speaking it is very different than your own mind or enemy, when one hear Demons and Gods, they say not what you expect or want to hear, and straight to the point, short and clear, you can discern it by this, and also there is real aliveness in voice, real emotion, intensity and power, while all of the above doesnt takes too much attention, it lifts up and just gets you going, while when enemy toughtforms speaks, they provoke emotion, thinking, lower energy, puts you like in a swamp, you hear it exactly how you want, they say what you expect and what you want to hear, guiding nowhere, same can be if it is made by yourself, because in the beggining enemy is present even in yourself in a bigger extent until you will work it out of yourself. When you will hear Demon you will know for sure, because you will be hearing real being, and your senses will show this to you, you will feel real presence in voice.

Void out all the nonesense, this is why void meditation is most essencial and important, so that you could get information clear.
