Would it be if I do this during the day and not at night? Let's say He/She is a night Demon. It's the only time when I'm home alone and I can do this in peace.

I don't see how it can be blasphemous to do something if you have no other alternative solutions. In fact, I think that trying to find solutions and committing yourself not to give up at the first difficulty does you a lot of honor!

That's completely okay and if a Demon is a night Demon, that doesn't mean they can only be summoned at night.
