Short answer: In any way you can/want.

The only thing what is important shoudl be that your prayer comes from your heart with love and respect towards Father Satan.

You can pray Satan just by focusing on him and talking to him, he hears you. I can confirm this from numerous personal experiences, even very serious ones.
