Greetings to all my Brothers and Sisters, I hope all of you have a very pleasant day. May Satan and the Gods bless all of you!

I've started my weight loss journey approximately 6-7 months ago, and have lost 30 kgs /66 lbs. I have still a lot to go, but I've reached the halfway point in my journey. I didn't used magic to boost my progress so far, so the weight loss was achieved purely by changing up my diet, exercising regularly and building up a sense of self-discipline. I'm far from my goal weight (I need to lose about another 30 kgs/66 lbs to be even considered the upper limit of a healthy weight), but I already see some negative changes regarding my body. I feel a lot more healthy and happy than I was before, but I have a small yet noticeable amount of excess skin left behind on quite a few areas. Especially on the upper arm, waist, hips and chests part. I have quite a lot of excess skin on my chest, which in turn made my breasts a lot more saggy than before. Not reaching the belly button yet, but it's almost there kind of. If I loose the remaining fat these areas gonna be definitely more noticeable, and even affect my sense of mobility beside not looking too nice aesthetically. I was already prepared for my body changing during and after my journey, and I feel content with the other changes beside the excess skin part. If anything, I'm proud of my stretch marks because they show just how far I've come. But it's a lot harder to accept the excess skin. I've wondered if it's possible to repair my body, or help it recover at least partially? I'm content with not having a flawless skin, and having a small amount of excess skin aren't problems either, it's just the amount of it that I'm worried about. I never did healing magic before, so I have no idea if my goals are even realistic in this regard, or just straight up near impossible to achieve. I'm 21 years old, so my body should adapt a little bit, but I'm afraid that won't be nearly enough to recover completely. I'm grateful to any advice, experience, tips and tricks you might know, it would help me out tremendously.

Hail Satan!
May the Gods bless all of you!

Hi there. I have a bit of experience in this area. I too have lost a lot of weight and had similar issues, and I'm a bit older than you. I have resolved most of these issues by doing Venus Squares, Sun Squares, and Mars Squares.

For Venus Squares I used the affirmation "My beauty is permanently increasing in beneficial and happy ways for me." This one helped with stretch marks, loose skin, even healed up some old scars from other events in my life.

I also did Sun and Mars Squares with the affirmation "My healthy, vitality, and strength are permanently increasing in beneficial and happy ways for me." These helped clear up health issues caused from being overweight, also helped me lose more weight, and gaining muscle and becoming more toned helps eliminate excess skin as well. I have also experimented by tweaking Sun and Mars Squares affirmation to "My health, vitality, and beauty are permanently increasing, in beneficial and happy ways for me." This also helped with toning of muscle and helped dry up some minor acne I was experiencing from weight loss as well.

If you can't do the full length squares yet, don't worry, the shorter versions work and are still very strong.

Doing Yoga can also help your body heal, and become more beautiful.

Also congratulations on the weight loss, and keep up the great work. I have no doubt you can reach your weight loss goal. =)

Congratulations on your weight loss :)

In addition to Lanius's advice, look into dry brushing with a boar bristle brush. Don't get one with synthetic bristles, boar hair (the boars are not killed, they are just shaved) is made of keratin, the same as human skin. Dry brushing helps improve circulation which in turn improves the quality of the skin and will help it become more elastic and tight.

You can find how to dry brush online, but the hindus do it a bit wrong. Don't go in just straight lines. Massage it in a circular motion first, and then in straight lines. Apply less pressure on the chest area. As you do this, visualize bright pure Green energy entering your skin and affirm that your skin is become healthy and beautiful.

You can then apply a serum that has vitamin E, or something like olive oil. Whatever you apply to your skin make sure it is as natural as possible.

Congratulations on your weight loss, this is excellent progress.

Excess skin can be filled out with muscle when you reach your target weight, if you decide to pursue athleticism further and begin strength training.

Stretch marks are scar tissue so there is not much you can do for this, but it doesn't hurt to try massage or similar techniques like HPS Lydia suggested. Moisturizing will help, and losing weight more gradually/slowly may also help if they are related to weight loss and not weight gain. You can also try supplementing with collagen peptides, which you can buy and add to coffee. Collagen is said to be good for skin and hair and it'll make your coffee creamy.
