İs saturn in 2nd house good

Is 2nd house of saturn is good to gain wealth and money? Or It's worse than Saturn 8th house
This depends on many factors, and you have to look at the whole natal chart. Some people are very rich with these positions.

No other gative aspect according wealth.
Only Saturn 2nd house and it is in retrograde on birth chart. Saturn is not chart ruler btw.
Only saturn 2nd house

Okay. Saturn is not always a negative position, so if you wish to have money in your life, you can achieve this, even with Saturn in the 2nd or 8th house.

Remember that compared to other people in the same situation as you, that is, with the same lifestyle, you have an advantage, because you have the tools to sublimate your energy, through meditation, the use of your mind/power (Magick).

I have seen people with Saturn in 2nd house having financial hardships early in life. So yes this position may lead to financial problems.
But this makes the person very serious about spending money, and careful not to waste money. So if the person apply seriousness, work and dedicaton to preserve material resources, this will work. I have also notice those persons may become richer later in life (Saturn rules also old age).
8th house is also related to money coming from other people and outside personal job, so if 8th house is powerful in the chart, this may counterbalance 2nd house issues.
There may more to say, I just related what I personally observed.

It can play out in many different way's.

I personally have my Saturn in Taurus, (which is similar to having it in the 2nd house), in my 8th house, and also natal Mercury in my 2nd.

But I actually didn't care at all about money whatsover until recently.

I've noticed Saturn in Taurus/2nd can attach self-esteem issues or insecurities related to money and self-worth, which actually drive's one towards wealth acquisition later in life.

However it's hard to pinpoint and isolate what's causing what, because I also have my Jupiter in Taurus.

One aspect alone won't tell you much, you have to look to see if there's multiple lines of "supporting evidence" which includes fixed star's and aspect's to other planet's/houses, the condition of natal Sun/Venus, planetary/sign rulership's etc.
