, is it possible to use the ³eye with the eyes open but in the dark?

With the light is harder for sure, I have other question, I remember as a kid sometimes when I was going to sleep I heard like a Chinese bong, like bamm, this noise coming from I don't know where, other time I had a shark in my bed and I was awake I guess, and I remember to fell heavy on the feets on my bed, like somebody was sitting when I was alone

At the end of the day, people seem to have different interpretations of how their third eye operates, due to different levels of advancement, different perspectives and just... people being different.
As long as you are regularly cleaning your chakras, and you did the opening of the third eye accordingly (you can repeat it after a while if you feel it is needed), you will gain a better understanding of how yours works.
