If i can make a suggestion id say rather than telling yourself that youre done with it and will never do it again, try not making any special vowes and just take it day to day. Making big vowes only lets the enemy know to tempt you even more, but just taking it day to day wont worry the enemy so...

Im wondering what u think of alan watts teachings. He died in the 70s just saying so he wasnt too into the spirit world and all but his teachings have done wonders for my anxiety and getting rid of negative thoughts. He was a zen buddhist btw. I know he didnt teach anything satanic or anything...
