The best way to get rid of a habit or in your case negative thoughts is to replace it with something more desirable. When ever you have a negative thought try to change it into a thought that is positive, for example: everyone keeps looking the other way whenever i look at them, am i disgusting or something? - make it into: everyone keeps looking the other way whenever i look at them, maybe they are blushing since they encountered a godly man, me.
This might be a bit of an over-exaggeration, that's the point of this, because you become what you think about, your mind holds that much power. So next time when someone cuts you off while driving, just think to yourself: man that car is really attracted to mine huh, she almost went in for a kiss. :lol: It doesn't matter what you make of it, just have fun with it.
