Would listening to Saturn’s radio waves make me resonate with it?

I’ve gotten the feeling to avoid those “saturn frequency” meditation videos since they all seem to be fake. This however is Saturn’s real sound. Would listening to it help me resonate with its vibrations?

Would absorbing energies of planets or doing a rune working associated with the planets (so doing or starting a Nauthiz working while Saturn is in a fall or detriment sign) be a bad idea? Would it also be advised to not do root chakra meditation while Saturn is in a fall or detriment sign(and the same thing for other planets)?

This question also pertains to other planets. Would visualising the invocation of Jupiter's energies into your crown(not to be confused with doing a Jupiter Square) be a bad idea while Jupiter is in Gemini for example?

I'd like to know if it's a bad idea to do a rune work or chakra mantra while a chakra's planet is in retrograde as well. Or do none of these things matter when it comes to rune and chakra work?

If you see picture of Solar system and planets, the light of the Sun is cut off many times. Basically from Earth you can see a more shining Sun than at Mercury from a documentary.

Redish galaxies have filters that makes visible frequencies below the light spectrum.

About listening these sounds, I would avoid, if relevant in the future Clergy will explain how to use these, but for now there are proven and better methods to use Saturn energy, even safe ones provided by the Clergy. Use these.

Listening to recordings of the frequencies of the planets has no effect on you. The runes and the sanskrit mantras are the way to call upon the energy of the respective planets
