In my experience, I have used the ISA rune once on my own boss who complained about my lack of performance. I was literally ready to curse him, then to complain about him to his own boss, since his claims were baseless and stupid. However, my own GD prompted me to use the ISA rune on him, affirm he is frozen from talking stupid stuff about me, and check how it would work out.
So I performed a full-fledged binding on that person as my GD prompted me to. And this worked from the first time. Not in the way I expected, but in the way that I got what I wanted. What I actually wanted is just to do my own job calmly without any stupid dramas. Thus, the following happened soon.
1. My direct boss stopped policing me. He started organizing meetings with me only on serious occasions.
2. He started shifting time for meetings. This was a bit annoying, but it stopped later. Maybe his view shifted to the correct one during that time?
3. He saw his own mistake of talking shit and started actually appreciating my expertise, because I literally helped not myself, but him and the whole project to look cool in the eyes of the client.
In other words, this binding was good for him also. And as always, my
game GD proved to be wise and right beyond any measure. But now I understand a bit deeper the structure of binding itself. Binding does not necessarily mean that it binds someone in an evil way. It sometimes can be the energy that disciplines another person to restrain from doing stupid actions, i.e., binding might help not just us, but also other people we bind.
