Oh I forgot to add that my body struggles to produce progesterone quite a lot, especially during winter which ends up making me bleed profusely non-stop and in which case causes me to revert back to anemia.

I have stopped taking birth control pills since last year, it had caused allergic reactions in me, yet doctors here still push for me to choose a different birth control which I refuse. It's like I stop taking an allergen and then get offered even stronger or worse allergen. They're all the same! Stop offering me them!

But anyways, what you mentioned in the linked thread about Liver Qi stagnation, it is fully covering everything that I have.. When I have the opportunity (and money) to go see an acupuncture person - I will. When do you recommend NOT to get it? Are there times to avoid it all together? Thanks!
