You are quite right, in regards to my goals.
I wanted to raise a few hundred million to a billion for ToZ over the next 13-14 years. Something significant will happen in 2038-39, I don't know what exactly, but I believe at that point we will have achieved some sort of major victory and will begin the start of a huge transition.
But after that point I wanted to transition to my next goal which is to become prime minister/ruler and restore my country to its former glory, which used to be a great spiritual hub of the world.
How likely of a help will the following be:
- Unfortunately, Saturn is at 15 degrees, but I have Jupiter in 7th conjunct 8th cusp at 1 degrees - however they are both retrograde and at the head of a bucket chart... how will that change the interpretation?
- Mercury in Scorpio conjunct 2nd cusp, making hard aspects to major planets including Uranus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune etc.
- My CR is in the 11th House

I think you are on a right way according to what little info you provided about your chart. Transforming your country, generating wealth, transforming the wealth of your nation. This is what critical 8th and 11th emphasis can bring forth being properly sublimated. Saturn on bad degree IS an emphasis. Trying to dig this energy under the rug will only worsen it and it will demand way out even more painfully. While building good karma of your race, nation and country in its sphere 24/7 is what will relieve it and invite it into benevolent riverbed. When one keeps his energies that "busy" they do not shit all his other life.
I didn't tell, but from my analysis 11 house is extremely connected to presidency / state affairs, as well as sometimes to billionaire / wealth affairs as well. This is I think because 11 house is that of maximum investment / influence into the society. People with this house somehow prominent or emphasized are insanely charmed with politics, party leadership, driven into it and into influencing society through it. 11 house is about policy groups, ideological collectives - everything related to diving ideas into the socium en mass. Bucket configuration is best thing for astrologer to ask you whether you are interested in the power / political sphere, especially if Saturn / Jupiter are rulers of some career-related houses. There are different types of buckets the more stellium-like bottom is the more hard and energy-shooting into the apex they can be, for better or for worse. Yes the 15° is extremely stubborn and difficult, but I also seem to be "protected" from it in a way.
I was told I would experience much upheaval, sabotage, betrayal, and enemies in life, but that I would also never experience true "defeat" no matter how rough things look on the surface.
There are 3 prominent T-squares involving either of those 8th house planets.
What you said about keeping them "busy" was very interesting, and helpful. You are completely right, only when I put my full attention on them do they behave. Or else they are like constantly nagging throwing a tantrum of knives for my attention, if I ignore them.
With 15° corruption and military state, I always found Hitler very relatable. Even I am starting out as a "starving artist". I liked very much his style of governance, but I have to do further research. However I would perhaps opt for absolute (but benevolent) monarchy or theocracy, because everyone else is too corrupt or incompetent to do the job right.
