<b [/IMG]<[/IMG]Hello everyone I was wondering if i could get a bit of advise on the direction i should take my yoga program. I was thinking that i would start doing a different set of hatha postures each day, but at the same time remain consistent  with my kundalini basic spinal set. The reason i ask is because recently i got a hatha yoga book that has about a hundred different yoga sets and i would like to try them all and really make a lot of progress in all areas of my hatha yoga. I'm worried that doing a different hatha set each day will screw up my energy or something like that, i am still going to remain consistent with my kundalini and power meditation but i'm not sure about this hatha stuff What do y'all think? any advise would be much appreciated! :D

I think you might want to do an every-other day type deal. So, meditate every single day, but also do kundalini on one day, and hatha on the next. This is just to make sure you aren't screwing with too much energy. HAIL SATAN!!!

do your power meditations first so that the energies dont confuse you. hatha yoga is suppose to strengthen and detail all your kryias/ sidhis so you get to know them better. A daily practice is what im comitted to,all day, with my rituals being in the morning, with yoga your sensitivity will be different so at night falling alseep might take some more time to do so due to the increased body energy; go to sleep early.

I do at least 2 yoga sessions a day, one in the morning and one before bed. Also I do the 10 tibetan breaths once a day and the lunar breath every few hours because my left nostril takes in almost no air. It's always plugged with snot because of uneven air flow so I been trying to mend that.I also do the cobra breath a few times a day including after any sexual activity since it really powers up the energy and makes it flow through the spine.
I'm still not advanced enough to get much out of the cobra breath without also meditating in conjunction with it or using it after sexual stimulation.

It is definitely very powerful and feels AWESOME.
