<b [/IMG]<[/IMG]Hello everyone I was wondering if i could get a bit of advise on the direction i should take my yoga program. I was thinking that i would start doing a different set of hatha postures each day, but at the same time remain consistent with my kundalini basic spinal set. The reason i ask is because recently i got a hatha yoga book that has about a hundred different yoga sets and i would like to try them all and really make a lot of progress in all areas of my hatha yoga. I'm worried that doing a different hatha set each day will screw up my energy or something like that, i am still going to remain consistent with my kundalini and power meditation but i'm not sure about this hatha stuff What do y'all think? any advise would be much appreciated!
