You can yes, and there is nothing wrong with this. I have also felt physical sensations after awakening from a sexual dream in the past. any intense dream in general can give you physical feeling apon awakening like nightmares for example also. if your are being bit by something in a dream or stabbed etc you can awake to feeling sensations in that same area physically when you wake.

Sex dreams are called wet dreams for a reason. I think lucid dreaming is a great way to practice dream yoga and to try to connect with your succubus

Working on my 3 eye gave me lucid dreams and maybe astral travel. I think that little by little I'm getting it again. Preview only, and for at least half an hour. I imagined everything in my head, and intuitively, I knew that the more I felt my forehead burn, the better.

If you appreciate forums and Satanism then try to learn from them before giving stupid advice, put aside what you have learned from the outside and start building your own wisdom from scratch.
