Will Yoga keep the main Chakra's open?

I have been doing the Chakra-opening meditations for a while, but now I want to start doing Hatha Yoga in the time I would normally do the Chakra opening meditations because it may become risky in the near future to do audible mantra-meditations. Will the Hatha Yoga routine outlined in the JOS keep the Chakras at least opened if I swap such in? Or will they close even if I am doing the Hatha Yoga even if I opened them up previously?

Also would it be best to do an hour of Hatha Yoga, or 30 minutes of Hatha, 30 minutes of Kundalini? I can only do them at the same time since I only have little time not being watched.

Yoga in itself helps with opening and unblocking the chakras from problems, etc. But it would be good for you to work on the by meditation if you can. Know that you don't need to vibrate the power words (mantras or runes) out loud or at least at a normal tone.

You can literally whisper the vibrations and they work, though less, still MUCH better than not doing them at all. But since you mentioned being watched...

...there are meditations always on the chakras that don't necessarily require vibrations in case. I'll link some of them to you:

Chakra breathing doesn't even require too specific breathing exercises where you hold your breath, even you shouldn't necessarily stand with your back straight. You may as well be in a normal sitting position doing seemingly anything else and instead perform meditation.

In addition, chakra spinning meditation is also very effective in keeping the chakras in good condition. Remember to clean them. You can do this at any time. I, for example, was standing in a crowd today and noticed that my aura had become dirty. Coming out of the crowd I cleaned it on the spot while I was still outside and it shone again. I also cleaned the individual chakras by putting the bright energy light on them.
