Why is the white gene recessive?

I've heard the explanation that its to teach people not to race mix or something, but really why? White is the original human gene so why would it not evolve but devolve into becoming less dominant than the black gene. If whites have a much stronger affinity for spiritual power and the spiritual effects the physical then why is the white gene not a powerhouse whenever race mixing does occur?

It's not so much about dominance, when mixing does occur genes from both races are mixed and you get the end result, which is an unnatural new race that is weaker than both original "genetic donors".

If you imagine a perfectly white shirt and you dipped it in muddy water, it would come out brown. You have destroyed the original purity of the genes and diluted them with foreign ones. If put a single drop of black paint in a can of white paint that paint will permanently be diluted and change color to a much darker tone and you can never reverse this.
