Why have people betrayed JOS, what drove them to do this

sorry for being nosy but i have seen some old posts about former high priests that has betrayed JOS, why would they even do something like this

Humans can sometimes be weak, stupid or face adversities that lead them down the wrong path. In some cases, many "betrayers" have also been jewish. In that case it was a mix of all of these.

In all cases where that happens, one is not founded properly with the Gods and they have not truly established a relationship with them or anything in-depth. False expectations, senses of entitlement related to a delusional state, or lack of seriousness, contribute to one's downfall. This downfall mostly affects the person doing this and not others.

Other problems of the character can lead to personal problems, which due to false understanding, one might propel to the Gods as a sign of intellectual or spiritual immaturity. This demographic is less than 1% by the way.

If the above are not happening, one is simply fine and no issues of this nature would occur. All people who do this also lament later one, finding out there was no real use in doing any of that, but having to pay the price of engagement into this useless behavior.

I have to be honest, the 'High Priest' title next to the people you mention, can be very misleading. If one thinks that many of these individuals were on HPS Maxine's and HP Hooded Cobra's level, because after all they were 'High Priests' too, one couldn't be more wrong.

Back then titles were given also because of contributions and work, and some of these people didn't even do that much work neither were they really "advanced" to be honest. An opportunity was given to these people, if they took it they would've "grown into the title" with time, actually becoming worthy. But they didn't, they quit. Satanism is not an easy path, it's for the strong of spirit, we have been in a spiritual warfare for a long time, back then the enemy presence was stronger, making things even more difficult. Only the strongest keep at it for a long time, this is a reality of life. In life you will see people quit all the time, in all endeavors. It's just how it is. Many of them didn't "betray" us, they just quit or made mistakes in life.

You have to keep in mind that there is a continuous evolution in life, with people, and with Satanism too. HPS Maxine Herself has evolved incredibly since She started the JoS, like we all know from the last Ritual. HP Hooded Cobra has stated many times how much He has evolved in his Path. If you compare HP Hooded Cobra and HPS Maxine now, with the people you mentioned, it's like comparing an elephant with an ant. So don't waste time thinking about those individuals, they are not worth the time.

Everything evolves. With time the JoS will only evolve more and more, becoming better and better, with everyone here being much more evolved, even the average member. In the future what is now considered "advanced", will only be average, as we discover more and more, we keep evolving and we work with the Gods.

Lastly, when a title is given to someone, this is not the end, this is only the beginning, this goes for all positions of power/influence in life. One then has to prove that he/she is worthy of that title with his/her actions and work.
