This isn't about astrology, I understand the gist of why the planets and stars affect us and our fates. This is about the gregorian calendar itself and how it pertains the enemies use of numerology. Why do these numbers hold power? I understand the numbers in repetition for magic and affirmations holding power, but why the calendar? The calendar is ultimately just what a bunch of people decided when to start counting the days, and unless the history itself is inaccurate, the gregorian calendar was set by a damn pope so does it hold power? It's a modification supposedly of the Julian calendar, which I could understand a pagan society having the knowledge to make something that reads things right, but the gregorian calendar is off from the Julian calendar by a dozen days.

Is there some actual intrinsic property merely from a collection of humans agreeing that this the "x day" that helps their numerology, or is it just superstition on their part? I can't wrap my head around other possibilities

I think it's half superstions and half real knowledge.

the world uses that calendar and then using dates like 9/11 binds everything subliminally, it's not about power but it's about binding minds to specific numbers for their spells.

So it is about the collective conscious agreeing on those numbers then? At least that was one of the things I thought made sense. I didn't think about using it as a medium to tie minds, thank you.
