Given this group is for White Satanists, I would like to make a statement concerning foods and diet.

The Jews work insidiously to destroy White culture in many different ways. Many of you in this group are young, in the way of being under 30 years old.

When I was growing up, I never heard such crap as "lactose intolerant" gluten intolerant " and other food intolerances, which are non-White.

Jews readily fit into the above categories. Also, given their Jewish dietary laws, they are forbidden to eat meat and dairy products together. They are also forbidden to eat shellfish and with all of this, veganism is kosher and doesn't violate any of their religious laws, so many of them push this.

As for the lactose and gluten intolerant crap, this is not a White trait. This is third world. Most third world people, if they consume any dairy products, they are fermented, such as yogurt, sour cream and fermented mare's milk, etc. Very few drink milk as it is. This is racial.

Also, with the exception of some Chinese buns, which are made with gluten (gluten makes bread rise), nearly all of the third world peoples eat gluten-free flat breads.

Making proper yeast breads (gluten in the flour) takes intelligence and skill.

The Jew has extolled and praised these third world diets and cultures as being so healthy and ideal, of which they are not. Most of these third world people have a life expectancy of under 50 years, in contrast with the White Race, which lives an average of past 70.

As our once White Nations become more and more non-White, we will be seeing more and more concessions and catering to alien diets which are intolerant to the White foods many of us free up on.
The Jewish controlled medical profession pushes this along and extols these diets as something ideal, of which they are not.

White Europeans have a strong history of milk drinking and eating breads made of glutinous flour. This is racial.

Most Jews and non-Whites cannot digest these.

Thank you for this. I hadn't thought about this, but it absolutely makes sense!!
I remember I once went to an east health practitioner (acupuncture, acupressure, herbal remedies, etc.), and he tried telling me that I was gluten intolerant (this was before I was able to tell when people are jewish or not), but now I'm fairly certain he was jewish. I essentially told him he was a complete moron, and to get the fuck out. I never went back, and still eat plenty of gluten and I am perfectly fine :) Better than ever, actually
 
I did not know this. Thank you for informing me. I have always drank dietary products from milk to yogurt and eaten whole wheat bread (gluten flour). I am incorporating more into my diet.
