What should I do after opening the chakras (Opening the Soul)?

Well, in short, I did the meditations according to the "Opening the Soul" page (Opening the Third Eye, Opening the 6th Chakra...), and I usually stayed for 1 week or even more, depending on how much I started to "feel" the energy of the chakra, even if minimal, before moving on to the next chakra.

The problem is that, for example, after opening chakra X, until I reached the base chakra it would take weeks without doing anything for chakra X, so, after moving on to the next one, I added the routine of vibrating the chakra mantra 9 times, so, after opening the 6th, when I went to the 7th I added vibrating THAUM 9x, after opening the 7th I added vibrating MAUM 9x until I finished the main chakras and today in my routine I perform 9 vibrations in each main chakra.

My questions are:
1 - I don't feel that this alone is enough to reinforce the opening or keep them open. What do you do or suggest after doing the meditations to open the soul?

2 - For the "secondary" chakras, for example, the shoulders, temples, third eye... how can I reinforce them over the days after opening them?

You had a great idea to include this vibrational work on the chakras in the daily program. It is one of several meditations that can be done in the various chakras. This a good guide:

For the "secondary" chakras, for example, the shoulders, temples, third eye... how can I reinforce them over the days after opening them?

I use this method with the minor chakras:

You can also expand the minor chakra with exhalation, as is shown on pages like this one:
