Please don't suggest this type of working to a person who you don't know how skilled he/she is. 216 reps of ISA are wild, it can cause a strong depression. Regarding Isa, this is actually bad advice to the point of causing severe harm if done with such intensity.

Wunjo, however, can work in a positive manner.
