What is the best thing that can come of opening the lower chakras?

Reason I ask is bc I just found out on Lydia’s yoga page that I cannot activate the 3rd eye, 6th chakra or crown bc I have mental illness and take prescription meds. So since all my life I’m gonna have to be more rooted, what’s the best things that can happen from opening the lower chakras? What do I have to look forward to?

The lower base chakras are largely associated with power, while the upper are associated with insight and connection. Opening the base chakras will increase the Chi within your Akh or soul body. This has many benefits including resistance and elimination of fear energy, trauma bonds and dissociation from self and mother earth. It is good to do a power meditation on the base chakras using the primal AUM vibrated through your Akh while burning a red incense like Rose or Sandalwood. I use a downward facing pentagram with a red circle in the middle as a visualisation tool.
