Just letting everyone here know that invoking water into the heart
chakra caused me to get pneumonia, only after changing it back to fire
and taking in sunlight have I been able to keep it from worsening. So
again water does not belong in the heart chakra at least for me
anyways.

Water is definately strong in the heart, at least it seems that way to
me. Though, the primary element for the heart is fire. Water seems
like a close second, though. Perhaps your heart didn't have enough
fire to balance the water in the first place?? Just a thought.

Oh, that's bad! I wouldn't know if that's your body adjusting, maybe
not. When I got a real feel for Air in a meditation once, I waited for
side effects. I'd becareful with this one too, I had shortness of
breath because earth-lash.

That was my thought... balance.
Health problems seem to emerge after systemic balance has been upset.

If pneumonia resulted following your experimentation, then you
probably weakened your lungs.

exellent reply. So I will just say what I was doing now. I totally
changed my chakra set up according to the elements. i like say the
base is gravity well I changed the color to the earth color green
and invoked earth into the chakra which was fine its naturally earth
I changed the sencond chakra to fire, 4th to water, and the last two
to air. And changed to color set up accoding to that element and
breathed in each element accordingly.

1-e
2-f
3-f
4-w
5-a
6-a
7-a

and then just involked ether into my aura.

My thinking was the heart is the center of emotion well thats water.
Why are we making it fire? So the mind the 6 and 7th is intelligence
right? So I changed it to air.

I think the colors of the chakras the traditional ones create a
magnetic effect. Also I was breathing in alot of air so
overstimulation of the nervous system mybe? Could be wrong. I know
I sure felt more powerful doing it this way. Just a thought. Thank
you very much for your reply. Satanic blessings.

My personal response based on how I view things:

It's not that simple. The first chakra is Earth. The second is
Water, plus Fire. The third is Pure Fire. The Fourth is Fire, plus
Water. The Fifth is Pure Air. The last 2 are Ether.

Mars co-rules the lower three, Neptune the higher three. Thus, fire
on bottom, water on top. Venus is the sole ruler of the Heart, as
Venus and Pluto are the two planets that are of all four elements,
though they have more of some than others. Then, the lower and
higher chakras have primary rulers - not Mars and Neptune. Don't
need to get into planetary rulers besides that.

The Heart is what moves you. It is both *active* and reactive. Thus,
it is not only Water. Water can be active, but this is also because
water can hold fire, but fire cannot hold water. Feminine holds
masculine, Masculine emboldens feminine. This is a generalization,
since the *real* determinant of what is masculine versus feminine is
nothing more than overt vs. covert.

The higher chakras are not merely "intelligence;" the throat and
brow are intelligence - mostly the throat. But there is also the
matter of *intuition* and sight, as well as *control* - which the
higher two chakras rule (that is, control over the entire chakra
system, which it seems the crown rules).

As for color - Green in the base is interesting. I would like to
hear what this does for you. Yes, Green is an Earthy color, but
there are other Earthy colors as well (ie brown and black) - not
that you would invoke brown or black into the base. Green rules the
growth (and therefore, synthesis) principle - which corresponds to
the concerns of the heart. Red is the mostprimal force, which is why
Saturn and Mars (the planets of survival) rule this chakra. And of
course, Mars is Prime Fire and the color of Fire is Red.
