If I do that , the protection meditation involves chanting AUM in 3 chakras, can this still be done if you've vibrated VU VA VO already in the chakras?

@Ahmadi, I happen to notice this post earlier Ahmadi, but did not have an answer for you. I do now have an answer, although it doesn't cover all of the details, I can say this about the energy being too strong.

If the energy is too high then you can ask Father Satan, or your Guardian to take it to use. Also, sending energy to the Powers of Hell is best done on the hours of Jupiter, or the Sun. You can find out the Planetary hours by using ChronosXP.

Will help you see the Planetary hours. You'll need to enter your location to get accurate results. There's a function in the software that gives you the option to find the proper location. It shows you a website to go to. If you cannot make it to the proper hours then there's no need to be concerned. I have not made it to the proper hours many times, my Guardian Daemoness taught me one night that it is not good to delay when energy can be spared to give. If you make it to the proper hours good, if not, give it anyway, just do the best you can. This message really goes for anyone it helps, if you didn't already know, or just a reminder.

You might also offer up your Sexual Energies at the same times as well, or if you cannot make the proper hours then offer it anyway. I would personally ask Father Satan about using the cursing Runes, and the side affects you experienced. I need to be taught how to use them properly, as I tried the Thorr Rune and the first experience did not go well, you might ask Father Satan for assistance if needed, it was necessary for me.

You can't just pick up the Runes and expect to become a Satanic Warrior. Time is needed to learn how to use them, and to use Black Magick in general. As for the headaches, that doesn't seem normal, but I do not have the experience with them, so I do not ultimately know.
