We Spiritual Satanists following the REAL religion & the REAL creator God of humanity can’t just be doing a quick 10 minute meditation session & calling it a day
We must have discipline with our meditations, discipline with our rituals, & discipline in the rest of our lives

This is my personal vision of meditation and even if it may not be shared, it will be difficult to make me change my mind:
It always made me laugh to see how Christians can say three rosaries a day (I don't remember exactly how this stuff works, but it's 54 beads so 54 repetitive prayers) knowing that they won't really get anything good except submissive worship with no real purpose.
They can do this because they are slaves (in the modern sense of the term, i.e. a submissive person with no will of their own who counts for nothing and must only do the will of others if they don't want to be severely punished in an unjust and unethical way) and it's normal for a slave to have no will of their own and no personal urges to say: "I'd rather use my time to do something else", which Satanists have because they are not slaves.
The problem is that when Satan frees us from Christian slavery, some people don't take advantage of this freedom, using this freedom to improve themselves, but they think that now they can finally go back to eating chips or watching 50 pornographic videos a day as their only daily activity. Some don't even have a daily activity and so on.
I've always considered this to be extremely offensive to Satan. It is like spitting on Satan's gifts, not using them, putting them in a dusty corner, knowing full well how much they are worth, but not caring because of personal mental illnesses.
Furthermore, the concept of freedom is even more extensive than that: we are free in our own way to advance. We are not forced to do overly intense activities such as breaking stones under the sun for several hours a day. Honestly, we could afford to be constant in a meditation session that can last just 30 minutes. If you want, you can do two 30-minute sessions a day, for a total of one hour if you want. I do this and confirm that it is a feasible activity, obviously varying the meditations, but always focusing on gaining power. It is not an effort of inhuman intensity.
If the life of Satanism seems complicated to you, you should probably see that of Christians: they are inhumanly enslaved: they have to spend all their time nullifying themselves, praying long useless and repetitive prayers, remaining under constant threat and terror, victimizing their natural instincts by suffering, to the point of adding sacrifice and extra suffering to the whole thing.
To be a good Satanist, however, it is enough to be constant and dedicated to the progress of positive things, full of life and healthy for ourselves, in other words, while a Christian is ordered to be as dead as possible (they have a death cult, think of the omnipresent crucifix), to be a good Satanist it is enough to avoid being a dead weight. Anyone who lives realizes that the Satanic way is much easier than the Christian one. Because whoever is alive naturally tends towards life.
Objectively, it is normal that when you pass from death (slavery) to life (liberation and subsequent possibilities), it actually takes time to get used to the life that was previously denied to you. But you have to start getting used to life. In small steps of course. The 40-day program of Hp. HoodedCobra666, for example, starts only with very simple meditations. This is an example to make you understand that yes, you have to proceed gradually. But it is imperative to proceed.
In practical terms, if your only activity is scrolling stupid videos on social media for 18 hours a day, even if you are free, you are still dead. And death is always a suffering, even without having to recite 54 stupid prayers or attend 6 Masses a day.
Regarding the Jews who curse us for 6 hours a day, it is a good clue to understand the importance of performing group rituals. Being like the Jews and always thinking about the constant attack against others is a sick thing. For example, several hours of FRTR I candidly admit that unless I have great programs in which I have enjoyed cursing it with greater intensity temporarily, I would never put them in a daily routine, because I am not totally focused on the existence of the Jews.
They can do it with the Gentiles because the Jews are only parasitic slaves in function of destroying the Gentiles as per DNA. But the Gentiles, vice versa, do not live for the Jews as the Jews live for the Gentiles. I think that 1/2 FRTR a day is actually enough. That's my opinion.
And to participate in the group ritual schedules from Hp. HoodedCobra666. According to our current level of personal advancement, it is not only a duty (towards self-love since they are often rituals that bless us Satanists too), but it is reflected in the very nature of the Gentiles, that tendency towards the Gods and towards the Divine.
However, it is still a duty to participate according to one's possibilities in group rituals, it is a useful way to exploit our freedom. Meditation and group rituals do not work one only for themselves and the other only for others. Both work for the universe (you and others).
If you are powerful because you meditate you do not only help yourself, but you will have the power to be useful to others. If you do a FRTR you are not only helping others because you save the world, but by saving the world you will also have a better place to live. So come back to life! Slowly, but do it, otherwise you will suffer and it is not fair to you.
