Me and some members of my family decided to go to the Vipassana 10 day meditation programm and so we did yesterday. It was all nice n fine the first day and then the meditation that happened during the night felt VERY suspicious. I have researched really small amount on the internet about it and i expected only some breathing exercises and some meditation that would increase attentiveness. BUT in the recorded instruction i heard some vile stuff like " Surrender yourself to us ... " and also a lot of Meditational words like Pranayama which most people will not understand the meaning of (duh) even i didnt understand some D: and plus they never explained their words and plus no one could talk with each other during the meditation session (which was false, no one could talk to each other during the whole programme, i found this out the next day) AND THEN they started using chants that is in foreign language probably in Tibetan or something but when the chant started i felt extreme suspiciousness and i tried doing the Cleansing Blue Flame techinque on myself just in case, it barely even worked, it felt like my powers were being dilluted and it felt like the energies of the blue flame is being kept down by some other energy... So i just left it there assuming stuff... And then they made us do an EXTREMLY basic and easy breathing stuff like " focus on your breathing, be wary of it " thats all we did, we focused on our breaths in a sitting position for 1.5 hour and in the 0.5 hour they made us hear a recorded mantra or a chant. And then they told us to go to bed right away after the meditation session and in between and to do nothing else and they told us to be silent and to not even make a gesture to each other for communication, and everyone simply obeyed like CATTLES. Btw taking notes , having phones and having religious piece of item with you was prohibited. (I didnt follow any of it and just lied that i didnt have them lol ). I was trying to talk with my sibling about the meditation and then the woman who was part of the charge told us to not talk and to be separate from each other, it pissed me off so i asked the reasoning behind it, she told me to ask the master bout it so i just left it there and went to bed and instead of sleeping i opened my notepad and started drawing stuff. Then the woman came and told me to stop drawing and she asked my name then after a while she told me to go see the master. And then the master took my notepad told me that i wasnt understanding the meaning of this meditation and i asked them about their reasoning of forcing us to be cattles then he simply replied (it distracts you, if u have a conversation the conversation u had will distract you during the meditation ) well shit arent we LEARNING to be attentive no matter what ???? Well long story short after that i just simply put all my assumptions into the trash can and started calling out every suspicious thing to my siblings and they understood me because they themselves were feeling negative stuff about it aswell. We told my parents and at first they were kind of furious then my Dad somehow just simply accepted our departure and told us to come back. And when i came back he told us that his friend once went to Vipassana and when he came back he felt kind of lifeless. (All the previous practitioners who were there felt extremly dull and lifeless and just simply non existent and weak). Also after coming back i remembered the women who registered the people for Vipassana saying " the Buddhist temple has banned us so dont ask them about us we are doing this on the weekends to not get caught " (they were doing registrations on Sundays)...... well they also prohibited stuff like " women shouldnt reveal too much skin it distracts, you people should not bring any food and you will not eat meat, you will experience some physical problems which are all part of the effects of the meditation so when u do feel em ask only the master bout it " etc....

I apologize for my bad English , it is not my first language and i felt the need to share my experience to all my Brothers and Sisters out there... Dont trust Vipassana it will try and turn you into a cattle.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I spent years trying to become somewhat "enlightened" following an Indian Guru's teaching. I don't know why I did it for so long because it never felt authentic and I never felt much of a devotion. Now with Father Satan it feels very real and I am actually looking forward to the meditations. With the Hindu system I always had to force myself to sit down and do the exercises. Also, the underlying message was always that we Whiteys are just not spiritually advanced enough and thus need a teacher from the East who shows us how to develop ourselves. I have been so deluded!

A lot of people have. Ironically, it was the Aryan gods that gave the Indians from India the teachings,
and all of Hinduism. Sadly, some of theirs has been corrupted, just like the others.

Then you tell you to destroy you ego, literally making you psychotic, slowly dissolving your soul into nothingness until you are destroyed. Well, that's a nice piece of disturbing! Lol. Seriously, that be
fucked up. I am sorry you went through that. Were it me, I wouldn't
have ever gone in the first place, but that's only because I am all
too aware of the corruption that has seeped into the new-age (angelic
teachings and suchlike). And not dissing you for doing it, obviously
you and your sibs were just curious and wanted to see if it was worth
anything. But, and this is just me stating my own policy here, the
only Master I trust is Lord/Father Satan! He is the original Master;
as in, teacher. I use Master in the oriental sense, meaning teacher or
great, eminent sage. I know, old post here, but I felt the need to
comment. Mostly just because the new-age and all its ilk really,
really piss me the fuck off! "Oh, we're all fluffy, shiny, happy
rainbows and kittens people, and we only want to help enlighten and
ascend this fallen world". Bah! They know nothing of true Ascension,
which is of the true and rightful Ascended Masters, who are Ascended,
immortal Gods, as Sims already said! Bloody fools. Oh, and just fyi,
