When you lift weights to build muscle, for a short period of a day you feel the pain because the muscle is building, then it goes away. But the muscle is building and you are progressing even in the moments when you do not feel 100% pain from it; and if you continue, with consistency you will notice extreme improvement on a physical level. Same exact thing with meditation, and remember, the soul records progress through 40-day sets.
The more you meditate the more this feeling stays and the better you will feel.
If you want to do better then carry on meditating. The path of advancement never stops , not even when you become a God.
