After lying down for 15 min (corpse position), I kind of did feel my arms are like not relaxed, so I tryed to flex them in the opposite direction then the arm raising above the head. I did put both of my hands/arms behind my back and with one hand I did grab the other wrist, went into the squat, back rather straight tilted forward parallel to the floor, head inclined to chin, while trying to push my arms behind my back as far as I could up to my head holding one hand the other wrist. Also trying to put my head between my feet stretching. A little from left to right the arms to loosen up the shoulders while still pushing up to head direction.
After releasing (stayed like 30 sec in position). I did take a standing position. I did feel a sudden energy flow to my head was realy intense. Tryed again nearly passed out from it (I became dizzy and my vision blurred). Did try it now 3 days in a row the energy did either decrease or my body addapted.
Does someone know this pose or did somebody else do it?
