Transiting Jupiter retrograde and Saturn retrograde both in one of my houses

So as the title next month both Jupiter and Saturn will be retrograde in one of my houses (obviously i'm not going to say what house) what does this mean? Jupiter gives blessings and Saturn gives negative stuff, do they cancel each others out or one of the energy's will "win"?
