I've been meditating a lot more than I used to do and increased the average time I spend meditating from around an hour to 3 or 4 hours a day and I've been using mantra's a lot aswell as increased the amount of repititions/stacks I can do with the RTR.

Though I noticed today that my voice started to sound a little raspy and my throat feels raspy aswell.
Doing vibrations was a little more difficult because my voice started to crack.

Is it possible to break your voice with meditations, and if so what can I do to prevent it while keeping up my meditations?

I've been working up the number of repititions I can do with the RTR before I get too filled up with energy to continue and so far I have managed 12 repititions of the full RTR (72 vibrations of the verse continuously) before I started to get over stimulated with bio electricity. I'm working it up to 108.

Though as I said I noticed my voice is starting to break because of it. Is there a meditation once can do to make your voice more capable and have it handle more "use" before it starts getting fatigued? Or is this just something that will go away after my voice adjusts to this sudden increase in volume?

I'm also vibrating the RTR verse like a song, with the yogic humming breath as best I can as I noticed I produce way more power that way, but doing this for an extended time really tires me out.

I want to keep increasing the amount of meditation of course so I keep advancing and so ic an raise more power for the gods and be a more productive SS in general, but this is really putting a wall in front of my progress.

I have tried working on my troat chakra, which did seem to help a little, but it didn't seem to solve the problem..

only thing that works for me is to take a break and drink something.its been driving me nuts all weekend too.

When you use your voice, you are also using the energy or qi associated with the lung. Overuse can cause problems with the lungs and thus the voice.

Taking a break is good, as this allows the lung qi time to recover and working on increasing the amount of energy you take into your throat and heart chakras will help also but if you are doing more than what you can take in then you will still feel the depletion of the voice.

Over the longer term it is likely that the depletion of the voice will also extend to tiredness, shortness of breath and spontaneous daytime sweating from overuse of the voice leading to injury of the lung. It could also manifest with a low grade hoarse cough, low grade continuous fever, sweating at night (while asleep) with a low grade continuous sore throat.

The best thing to do is rest the voice, and avoid overworking it. 72 repetitions is a lot.

This is normal. After some time you will be able to do more that that. I had this problem when i was a newbie.

To faster recover start humming like the bee. But with closed mouth.

Thank you CentralForce and Syer666.

I also noticed that it helps a lot when I try to direct energy from my solar chakra and from the deeper parts of my lungs into my vibrations when I do them, it seems to take some of the load of my throat and lungs.
