Okay, I know this may seem like a troll question, but I have a doubt that I absolutely need to clarify please, please help me...
In all (ALL) situations in which I have to make immediate and important decisions, for years now, I have had a voice in my head, like a thought, that tells me what is best to do. And always and always, every single time, listening to that voice is the right thing and will prove positive and not listening to it is the wrong thing that will prove devastating.
An example was yesterday when I got angry with a person and the voice said: "don't insult him at all, you will get into trouble, it's not worth it", but I believed that nothing would change and I insulted him, so I had VERY consequences negative. But things like this often happen in serious and immediate situations.
Now I was wondering if it could be a thought from the Gods. I thought about it yesterday, while I was reading the Iliad. In one scene, Achilles, enraged at Agamemnon, is about to draw his sword to kill him, Athena grabs him by the hair and tells him not to do it at all because it was better to avoid it and Achilles responds in a beautiful way by saying that obeying the Gods is always right. At that moment only Achilles could see Athena.
This event reminded me very much of what often happens to me. What do you think? Have you ever had similar experiences?
