third eye-chakras

greetings everyone,

so i ve been doing the third eye opening exercise and i m at the tird day.every time i do it i instantly do afterwards the foundation meditation and i get effects like feeling i draw more energy or having a really big amount of energy within my hands,it's kinda as if i m trully holding something.today (3rd day) i was feeling like the third eye was moving around watching the environment and such but  when some time passes after i ve donethe exercise i dont feel any different at all.is this normal or??
