The War on humanity is the War on Consciousness

One of the main things Meditation taught me over the years, is how low my consciousness was before starting. What do I mean exactly by consciousness? I mean being aware, present and mindful in the current moment. Realizing that you are alive, focusing on here and now, on what you are doing, on what is happening around you and within you. This is very spiritual, and I think people who do not meditate will have a very hard time truly understanding what I'm saying.

Meditation alone made me way more aware during the day, even without me consciously trying to be. Aware of what? Aware of literally everything. I felt more alive, and I started noticing everything that happened around me with much more interest and also joy. I started finding beauty even in the smallest things of life, it's like I developed a new sense that allowed me to experience life in a more present, mindful and conscious way.

So Meditation alone will increase this ability to be conscious and present throughout your day, but it's not enough. A deliberate and continuous effort is also required, to be truly present in the current moment. Try your best. Thoughts are the biggest enemy of this, as they will completely rob you of your attention. Attention is absolutely everything. We notice and we remember only things we pay attention to, all our senses, physical and spiritual, rely heavily on our attention. Void Meditation is of great help here.

Does this mean you should stop thinking? No, not at all. What I'd suggest to you is that when you think, you do it deliberately. Many common people are constantly on the receiving end of relentless intrusive thoughts and completely useless garbage and they call this 'thinking'. Thinking should actually be more deliberate and conscious. Be more proactive when you do it, be more in charge of your mind, direct it and stay in control. Logical thinking has many different laws, and you can learn methods to do it better and with structure. William Walker Atkinson wrote about this in books like 'The art of logical thinking', 'Your mind and how to use it' and so on. I'd advice everyone to take a look at his books, because as far as I am concerned, he was a complete genius. Many people only know him because of the 'The Kybalion' and a few other books, and they recognize the great quality of these works, but they ignore that the guy wrote like 100 books, and they only get better and better from what I saw. Sure, he can make mistakes like anyone else, but if you're looking for books, this is the author I'd suggest to you.

Anyway back to the main point. It's an extremely common theme in people's lives to reach an old age and feel like life completely slipped away from them very fast. This is not an illusion, this actually what happened to them in my opinion. When you live your life always distracted, in auto-pilot mode and never present, you're not even alive in many ways. We laugh when we call people NPCs, but most people actually are like this. Meaning that they do everything in automatic and they never fully realize that they are alive.

You can see this fact very clearly when you hear of people who had everything, but they didn't value it at all, only to feel extreme regret when they lost it. Why do you think this is? Rationally they always knew that what they had was valuable, but they were never mindful, present and truly conscious, so even if they knew it logically, they never fully realized it. To be grateful in life, you need to be conscious, and to be conscious a continuous and deliberate effort is required. It's not a challenging effort at all in terms of energy expenditure, it's more of a mindset shift. What you will notice in the beginning though is that losing consciousness is extremely easy, and you'll see yourself going back to NPC mode again and again. This is normal, as this is not an easy practice at all, you will get better with time.

What truly helps to keep your consciousness high is to breathe energy. Do it multiple times during the day, because the higher your vibration is, the easier it will be to remain mindful, present and conscious.

What I also noticed is that when I'm conscious my willpower is significantly stronger, I'm way less likely to slack off and overall I am much more in control of myself. I also feel way sharper mentally.

Being conscious, aware and mindful is the absolute key to enjoy life. JG Power Of Justice wrote about this as well. Without consciousness we are nothing, we are nothing more than bots. This is why in the title I wrote that the the war on humanity is the war on consciousness. The enemy aliens' main goal has always been to lower our consciousness more and more, making us more and more like NPCs, to rob us of our mind, of our free will and of our life. All their efforts were always directed towards lowering humanity's consciousness as much as possible, to then finally destroy it entirely. Just look at what they did to the Grey aliens... One must actively resist this, you should actively fight every day, every moment, to be as present as possible. Realize that you are alive, and life's wonders will show themselves to you...
