Guys did any of our ancestors before Christianity and Judaism came refer to Satan as Satan? Or did they all use different names for him and no cultures ever used The name Satan specifically?

I'm sure you're new, but this topic has been addressed quite often, here's a link, the satan's library is full of information. Always check here first.

Magesons been debunked, but "his" later works were Maxine's and HP HC's anyways.
I'm sure you're familiar with the mantra satanama. It's a word of power, something used to bring about changes in the astral from the physical or vice versa. Even if the ancients didnt call him Satan, the "name" was alive. He was called a great many things though, shiva, sotenkang, melek taus, odin, dionysus, the native americans had a word for him in blanking on, etc etc, I mean it's Satan were talking about, the guy was kinda well known. The name Satan has more to do with the spiritual power from the sounds and less to do with being simple moniker. Satanama is one of the strongest and most ubiquitous "power words" per se. I know the different parts correspond to parts of the soul, what specifically though at this current moment I could not tell you. I'm not all too keen on pdf hunting right now and also it's your job as a Satanist to seek out the info yourself, but the good news is that all the information you seek is right here:

If you take the time to study www.satanisgod.org you'll find these answers.

Hail Satan!

Excuse me fellow SS, I’m definitely not new to Spiritual Satanism.

The prefixes Sat and An can go together and create Satan but I’m unaware of any cultures having directly called him by that name.

There is Sata from Egypt and Satanama as a mantra but is there any records of the ancients calling him that on record.

Satan is a Sanskrit word, at least about 40,000 years old. And it means "Eternal Truth."
Satanist cultures have been calling him Satan for tens of thousands of years. The reason why jews use the word Satan as the name of a bad character, is because they want to slander him and make his children (the gentiles) hate him.

That's one of the things I wondered about the most when I first got on the forums as well as if the Greek statues are good representation of the looks of our Gods.

I am pretty sure they all used different names EA, Enki.. however Sa-Ta-Na-Ma is the holiest mantra in sanskrit and it also means Satan. So there are some references that Satan, was always known as Satan, but also other names were used.

That’s what I’m wondering as well. You see guys, I do believe that this being that we refer to as Satan did create/design humanity and gave us spiritual knowledge as the ancient legends state but I would like to see that the name Satan was specifically used in any pantheon of the old prejudeo/preChristian cultures.

Yes I’m aware of Satanama and Satya/Sat nam and etc but the point is that this is not an academic study, it’s occult physics.

So while these prefixes do/can have a positive meaning, if no one ever used that name, then why does modern Satanism?

You guys get my point?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not no way against the name Satan in any way shape or form. I’ve been a dedicated SS for some time now and I’m loyal to our God but how are we sure that we’re not worshipping our God with the incorrect title?

Because technically “Satan” was an angel in the teachings of our enemy/Judaism.

Also, I’m not trying to step on anyone’s toes here. I do recognize and I am aware that Satanama and the mantras that are similar have a positive effect when vibrated but I’m just looking for the proof that anyone called Satan by Satan in times before our enemy.

Satya/Sata, they were both pronounced in a very similar way and had the same meaning. They are the same word. And the "N" sound at the end, this is called the anusvara, but I might have spelled anusvara wrong because I am remembering this and not copying it. So the anusvara sound at the end, it turns Sata/Satya into Satan. This is all in how the Sanskrit language works, and you can learn more about it by learning about the Sanskrit language. So every ancient culture which used the sanskrit language, (and the sanskrit language did cover most of the world) they all called him Satan, or at least something extremely similar and coming from the same root.

New or not, it is no excuse to not study satanisgod.org website.
But to put your lazy ass at ease and put everything on your "plate", here:

https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Name_of_Satan.html
https://web.archive.org/web/20200208153535/https://www.viewzone.com/matlock.html <-- The broken link in that web page.

Also: https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Satan.html

Next time: Study the website before asking questions that can be easily answered if one does the necessary research. The Gods wish for us to study and find the answers ourselves, IF you cannot find the answer THEN ask for help.
This is a friendly advice, NOT an attack against you.

HAIL SATAN!
