Greetings everyone.

This is my first post and it contains information that I hope to be useful.

Let's start with a short story:

In a mental hospital, a person was tied to a bed, someone who had been raised by sadistic parents since childhood to become a certain kind of person. From the very beginning, every behavior he was supposed to learn and carry with him was dictated to him. If he didn’t learn, Sam would be locked in a storage room full of rats for hours until he learned his lesson.

Days passed, and every day he learned from his parents and surroundings how to be someone. His punishments included whippings, imprisonment, and the constant repetition of phrases reminding him of who he is. Over time, the child grew up without an exciting life and eventually ended up in a mental asylum.

A new nurse who joined the ward became intrigued by Sam; his behaviors were strange, as he constantly repeated phrases to himself. The nurse asked the doctor about Sam.
Nurse: "Doctor, can you tell me what is Mental illness of Mr. Sam? Why does he exhibit such organized and repetitive behaviors?"
Doctor: "Just a common case! He has simply been put under a simple hypnosis."
Nurse: "Just a simple hypnosis?! But his behaviors indicate something deeper!"
Doctor: "He is just pretending to be himself! A delusion of an imaginary being that has formed within him since childhood and has taken on a reality of His own! A delusion of a person named Sam."

In reality, Sam was himself. From childhood, he had this name, inheriting traits from his surroundings, genetics, and his world, which all shaped his behavior, leading to the creation of a hypnosis called Sam that became a true personality. The story of all of us humans is the same; our name is just not Sam.

Every single behavioral trait, moral characteristic, thought, and everything within us together forms a delusion called "I." Once we realize this, the journey to liberation begins! Liberation from ourselves, liberation from delusion, and liberation from everything that has been ingrained in us without our consent, which we have come to believe is truly ourselves!
Let’s consider another simple example:

"The behaviors inherited from your parents—do you really believe these behaviors are you? Or are they just patterns formed in your brain that cause you to unconsciously act like your parents?"

Try to believe that this is not you; "Sam" never wanted to be "Sam"! This was solely determined by the world for him. By understanding this, a path for change opens up for you! Although these mental barriers and deep-rooted hypnosis must be dismantled over a long period, this hypnosis has convinced you that what you have inherited genetically and what has been imposed on you over time is who you are! "Think about this for a moment," and clearly, the path for change is open!

When you understand this, it's time for change. The best way to start changing is "thinking"! Think about everything that is right and everything that is wrong and everything you should be! Try to examine your thought patterns; always consider the other side of the coin—that your thoughts might be wrong—perhaps the answer lies on that side of the coin. "painful or easy" it is to accept what is right.

Let’s illustrate the depth of this change with an example that might disturb some people.
"Sam" has a sister; he is very sensitive about her and does not want her to appear attractive and charming from his perspective! "But he still wants his sister to be free and enjoy her youth! Just like himself, who is free to be with an attractive girl and enjoy her sexual appeal! Yet he doesn't want the same for his sister; she shouldn't have that right!"

Let’s begin change with this thought: What difference does Sam's sister have compared to other girls? In moderation and standard, she too wants someone to see her as attractive, but "Sam" gets angry and obstructs his sister's life!
If we think a little deeper about this issue, it has two facets: his sister's choice and freedom—the impact of her actions on her brother’s life and vice versa.

In any case, this is her sister's life, and she has the right to enjoy her youth, whether she wants to appear attractive in the eyes of others or not—it is her choice! For those who are very traditional or rigid in their beliefs, accepting this can be difficult, especially for those who have been raised in Islamic culture. Yes, Sam's sister's freedom belongs to her; however, after understanding this issue, it must be said that Sam's sister should be careful about her behavior because her actions can negatively affect Sam's life depending on geographical location, family dynamics, etc., and vice versa.

"If you try to unravel issues for yourself like the examples above and reflect on them, even if they are painful, you can consciously break free from this hypnotic state that remains invisible to many and build your 'true self.'"

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
