Also to take into consideration for those in Europe, muslims whom 'fled' and came here are not allowed to throw away any food. They feed it to the 'birds' but they attract rats as well.

If you live in a city or neighbourhood with a lot of these people.. BE CAREFUL!

Not only are they non hygenic and carry diseases aside from the plague.. But poor hygiene in general is a cause that furthers disease or invites to in any case.
