The Ankh?

I saw a vision of Anubis' jackal head and then a flash of an Ankh. Information on the website as a key [I have also been seeing symbols of keys a couple times times in the past couple days] is not very detailed, and the only thing I can find online is that it's something about life or expressing the desire that someone lives or something about 'nourishment of life' but my question is in regards to how it's considered a key as the key is an evident symbol I'm seemingly also being shown and what this may have to do with the soul and more specifically the heart chakra.

Does directing kundalini energies [safely and with guidance] to the heart chakra 'nourish life' and health? If so how exactly does this work if known?

The focus is the 6th chakra and pineal gland. Put your tongue between the palate and the 2 front teeth and focus and meditate on your 3rd eye.

To fasten up the opening you can cultivate from the base up to the Crown chakra energy, by doing the specified locks.

After the crown build up energy, get it down by the forehead, and in the opening of the forehead different elementals and energies manifest. These need to be pourning down to the throat and heart. The energy is airy and ice cold.

Meditate further on them.

When the cultivation of the ice cold energy and fire energy is proportionate and in the cycle, the pineal and spinal cord work in cycles and nourishes and cleans extremely the nervous system and cells.

Be careful if your energy gets stuck on the upper lip, in that place I had the most crazy visions and experiences.
