Teachings by longest lived taoist master in history

As i was surfing archive.org on Mantak Chia books, i found the first english translations of the teachings by Li Ching Yun here https://archive.org/details/qigong-...art-alve-olson/page/n6/mode/1up?q=mantak+chia, the allegedly longest lived taoist master believed to be immortal in his time, and his real age is still disputed by scholars and researchers. I'll study it when i get some freetime on my hands but while i'm doing that, anyone can pretty much discover it on themselves.

I checked it out and started reading the first chapter. This will be part of my studies these days. Thank you for sharing. Great find.

On a side note, this makes me wonder if other parts of the world has similar ancient teachings (besides prana from Ayurveda) of breath.
