In the March month I want to start a Sun Square for Health ( because having some health problems )

I wanted to ask if it's a good time to start Sun Square for Health ( physical square )

Also any suggestions about affirmations or anything else is welcomed

You should wait until sundy march 26, the sun will be in Taurus. You ca go on the jos astro website here https://www.jos-astro.com/#/astro-calendars to download the calender from your country and you will be able to find any good timing for each working.

As for the affirmation, I would use "The energy of the Sun square is improving my health in the best way for my" or something like that.

Yes , thanks alot for replying. A fee more questions
1.In your post about Sun squares it is written this energy of sun..has " improved " my..... .
Isn't it good that it should be like this . This energy of the Sun is improving my health and vitality now and forever in a positive, healthy and beneficial way to me.

2. Should I do material square or spiritual square ?
My illnesses are more associated to physical illnesses eye disease ( eye floaters ) , bone problems ( clicking sounds in joints ) , TMJ disorder(clicking sound in this area too , more in the right side of my face(that joint ) .

oh,I forgot something to ask,
in the JOS it is stated, All of your chakras should be open, in having performed the chakra opening meditations on the Joy of Satan Meditation webpage.*, .

i don't think that all of my chakras are open , in fact, I did the chakra opening meditation with the vibration as stated in the JOS in the past.

So is it necessary that your chakras should be open for performing squares ?
