This is a very simple way to remove obstacles or retaliate against those who have done you wrong.
Take a length of twine and hold it over a conch shell or similar dish. With your attention on your desire and the string (in left hand), use your right hand to draw seven clockwise circles before burning the string. 
These circles are called a Bandhan which is the Sanskrit word for protection. It is just to consecrate the twine before commencing.
While the string burns try to hold your desire in your heart and feel joy or transcendence. It helps to hold your right hand open towards the string while you watch. You can also bring somatic awareness an inch or two above your fontanel bone if that's easier than using your heart.
It should feel deeply satisfying and comforting to know that your will is being carried through the ether.
