I have had high optimistic and content and happy and motivated feeling for several months now. Then suddenly just starting yesterday I feel this heavy depression for no particular reason. Maybe it's just because I haven't had the to meditate for a couple weeks now. I work from 9 am to 8pm so I'm always exhausted when I get home but still I didn't feel this way even with all this long work hours. I remember HP cobra mentioned depression can happen if your meditation routine is not done regularly and if you stop and start after weeks or months. I don't remember the title of the post. So do you guys know how make this feeling go away? Any working or any thing to feel okay. I'm planning to start a new meditation program but it might take a while. Due to heavy workload at the moment. All I need right now is temporary solution that will last until I start my new program. Thanks.

I would tell you to meditate but since you wrote it may take a while, I recommend you to use CBD oil

Breathing exercises do not take much time or effort and will give you a small "oomph". You can do multiple 1-10 minute sessions per day. Another important thing is physical yoga, again, does not take much time when you plan your day and sessions accordingly and follow through. Doing these does not require you to feel super alert or well rested, but will give you more energy, depending how much you do these. Same with cleaning aura and doing aura of protection. It would be best when these are done after yoga and pranyama, and boom, here you have the basics to get you back on track without any mystical workings.

Suggesting workings is counterproductive when you are not doing any basics to begin with as workings draw from the power you have. No power, no manifestation of working, crudely put.

If you are exhausted when you get home, try to make time to meditate before work. Then, right after work, go to bed. If you have a commute to work, try to meditate then.

If not physical, then possibly it is an attack. First try cleaning, then try to raise your energy as Henu described. For example, breath of fire + affirmation to boost your mood.
If that doesn't work, try Saulo or Wunjo for a similar purpose.

Any drop in energy will come a few days after stopping your meditations, not after a few weeks. Not that it is not possible, but it is more likely you would've felt the drop much sooner.

If it’s not physical tiredness then it might be an attack or some kind of phase in advancement. I go through some periods of time which I feel sluggish and heavy, and my only desire is to go to bed, sort of comatose like state.

There are also times when curses might drain energy and make you feel dizzy and not sharp enough

Thanks guys. You're right. I really shouldn't have stopped meditations. I'm might be disoriented right now cause this is just a new job. But I'll figure out soon how to manage my te better in accordance to my work hours. I just have trouble managing my time right now and sort of like overwhelmed. But since you mentioned AC and App maybe I'll just stick to those for now. I'll do them once a day. And perhaps add one meditation at a time on my schedule. Thanks guys
