Stop cursing yourself

Anything that you say will be interpreted literally and magnified by your subconscious. How you feel about things, how you feel about yourself, how you feel about your job, how you feel about life, how you feel about the world.
Ever notice how when you say the name of a car model, you start seeing that model everywhere?
When we talk to ourselves and we say, "this job sucks", "I hate my job", "I hate my boss", "life is hard", "I'm poor", even though it may be true, we make the situation worse because the subconscious will amplify those specific things, making it much more likely to stay that way.
When you say "I'm sick and tired of this job", the subconscious hears "sick and tired" and you'll become sick and tired.
When you say "That guy is a pain in the neck", you'll get a pain in the neck. Some may even utter "that guy is a pain in the butt."
Some may say "Fuck those faggots", well guess what happens?
Some say "Fuck jews", then they wonder why they end up with jews.
When you say "X is hard", you make X harder than necessary. Wouldn't you like it to be easy? How do you know that it can't be easy?
If you say "I can't do X", then you can't do X, even if you could before you said it.

So stop cursing yourself.

I'm not sure it exactly works in the nuance of "fuck x" you're talking about, nor do I think affirming "that guy is a pain in the neck" affirms it onto yourself (because "a/an" and "the" are not 1st person pronouns or possessive determiners), but in general, this is true. People here especially need to stop doing this with the following:

  • "I'm ugly"
  • "I'm unloved"
  • "I'm broke(n)"
  • "No woman wants me"
  • "I fail at everything"

I've seen these a hundred times each. ALL OF THESE YOU ARE AFFIRMING IN PRESENT TENSE ON THE SITE. So one only can imagine how incessantly your mind must be affirming these, over and over. These can ruin spells if constantly fixated on. You are what you think.

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
