Some advice in the current context - wars, economic crash, occupation, epidemics etc

We already know all the situation we are currently facing and it is not the best. The world is not in it's best shape. As we know we should always be prepared. I have made a list of a few points I think we should look into during those troubled times:

1. Stealth

Here a good way would be to do some runic working based on the rune ISA/ISS (number 11). Preferably to avoid a void moon the first day we do such a working. It would be good in cases such as avoiding military drafting or keeping a low profile during a possible enemy occupation.

2. Healing

Here I think my favorite rune WUNJO would be the best. It can be used for any aliments or even strengthening immunity and preventive measures. The same thing, avoiding the void of course moon the first time would be a good thing as it may decrease the power a bit.

3. AoP

An extra detail about the Aop is when affirming things like "negative energies are going back to the enemy/attackers/offenders" I lately put a bit of emphasis on visualizing the enemy suffering from a lot of points of view. You can be creative here. Times of crisis can be damaging for the enemy and their plans can backfire like hell.

4. The RTR

Lately when doing the RTR I imagine all the affirmations for each of the 3 parts to have been completed objectives for sometime now and the jews getting hit by more and more negativity every day. More specifically I imagine the letters being dead for a long time and things only getting worse and worse for the enemy with increasing fear and desperation, the tetragrammation being inexistent for a long time and them not being able to communicate anymore and the same for the shattering part imagining their soul and protection looking something like how they made Berlin look in 45. Be creative

5. Stocking for emergency cases

Anything useful is on the table. Canned food is better than flower or corn as it lasts from 2 to 4 years. Essential medicine, here everyone knows what they specifically need. Sometimes there could be remote rural pharmacies that give some meds without prescription like antibiotics or pain killers which would be a good idea to have. Potassium iodide is good for radiation, but only take if you have been exposed as it can affect the thyroid gland. A generator would be good to have with some 4-5 fuel canisters just in case. Also extra bulbs and extra components for the car and/or house. The ones that you know are the most expendable: burners for the engine, a rectifier for the battery, electrical fuses, extra bulbs, plumbing parts, water filter, gas mask, rechargeable lantern, etc...
