specific to your location.

Meditating on your solar plexus (3rd) chakra on Sundays (Sun); during the
hours of the Sun and with the Sun in its home sign of Leo- this will
strongly empower your solar chakra.

For the solar meditation, vibrate:
dam, dham, nam, tam, tham, dam, dham, nam, pam, pham several times in a row,
focusing the vibration into your solar (3rd) chakra.

Then vibrate "Shammash" (pronounced 'SHAH-MAH-SH')20 times, visualizing his
color of gold glowing in brilliant light from your solar plexus.

Finishing up with the Satanic rosary, vibrating Amon Ra for each of the 108
beads
