There are many reasons which can impact sleep, but at the end of the day, it is a yin-based activity, associated with recuperation, therefore we should use solutions regarding this. Other calming actions like Hatha yoga or programming Berkano will also work well.
 
Take Valerian Root. It helps create Restful Sleep.
